It happened Thursday, Oct. 13 about 12:10 p.m. on Peck Road at the intersection of Wildcat Road in Lexington Township.

Investigators said a black 2015 Chevy Camaro drive by a 51-year-old Lexington man was heading westbound on Peck Road when he failed to stop for a UPS truck that was stopped at the stop sign.

The Camaro hit the truck and several road signs before stopping in a ditch area.
