OAKLAND COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

A judge increased the bond of a man accused in the death of a state trooper on Wednesday.

Charles Warren, 69, had his bond hearing in Oakland County Circuit Court.

He's accused of reckless driving in the death of MSP Trooper Chad Wolf, who was dragged four miles under a trailer in August of last year.

Investigators said last month Warren was caught in northern Michigan driving on a suspended license and in violation of his bond.

On Wednesday a judge increased his bond 15 percent, it was originally set at 10 percent of $100,000, according to the Detroit Free Press.

That means Warren will have to pay $15,000 to stay out of jail while he awaits trial.

A pretrial hearing is scheduled for Nov. 9.
