Fire crews rush to Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw after a report that someone released pepper spray in the building.

It happened Friday morning but we're now told that was a false alarm.

Saginaw Police Chief Robert Ruth said what actually happened is a ballast -- which regulates electric current in fluorescent lights -- blew up.

It appears everyone is okay.
