DETROIT (WNEM) -

Real men wear pink, some say, and a state trooper is heading to work in style.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and Lt. Mike Shaw with the Michigan State Police has worn pink all month as part of the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink Campaign.

The campaign raises money and awareness for breast cancer.

Shaw has worn a pink article of clothing, including ties, watches, socks, shirts and more, each day this month.
