Flint restaurant host's Michigan vs. Michigan State watch party.

"I had my faith in the maize and blue," said Marcus Green.

U of M alumni Marcus Green came to Blackstone's in Flint to cheer on his school. He said he was pleased with how the football game turned out. 

"Oh I feel great. I feel proud to be a Michigan alum. I Feel proud to be a wolverine. That is how you end the game," said Marcus Green.

Michigan state and the University of Michigan faced off on Saturday with u of m taking home victory. It was a sea of maize and blue with a few Michigan State fans as well. Aaron Szabo brought his new born son and said he is a true Michigan fan. 

"I feel great about it. He loves Michigan football already. I sing the Michigan fight song with him everyday," said Aaron Szabo.

Fans on both sides of the fence came out to cheer on their favorite team. 

"Go blue," said Brent Nickola

"Just being with all of these people and cheering for Michigan! it was just exciting," said Sandi Hrncharia.

Tom Muhleck said that Michigan State gave Michigan a run for their money.

"Sparty came fired up! they are not going to go away," said tom Muhleck.

Marcus green said it was a tremendous day for football in Michigan. No matter what team you root for.

"It was a great game," said Marcus Green.
