Donald Trump is expected to visit Michigan on Monday as the presidential campaigns hit the home stretch.

Trump will be on the west side of the state for a rally at the DeltaPlex Arena in Walker.

Around 3 p.m. he'll speak at a rally at Macomb Community College.

Trump last came to Michigan on September 30 when among his stops was a rally in Novi at the Suburban Collection Showplace.

Mid-Michigan will have another celebrity rolling through on the campaign trail today.

Cher to visit Mid-Michigan

Cher will be hosting an event in Flint as part of a three-stop shop across the state for Hillary Clinton.

She’ll host a speech at the DNC headquarters in Flint after making stops in Lansing and Kalamazoo.

Cher also has been very vocal over the past year, saying the water crisis has been poorly handled.

Kaine stresses economy plan in Michigan

With eight days left until voters cast their support for president, Senator Tim Kaine appeared before hundreds in Taylor on Sunday to get out the vote for Hillary Clinton.

The Democratic vice presidential candidate stressed that Clinton will create what he called an economy “where growth isn’t just for some” but for everyone.

Kaine also talked about their plan to increase minimum wage to where people who work will receive a living wage to be able to raise families.

Kaine also said he would never close the door on disastrous trade like TPP.

“We can’t enter trade deals unless the trade deals increase jobs, increase wages, increase national security, and they can be enforced,” Kaine said.

Kaine will be rallying in North Carolina later Monday.
