MICHIGAN, (WNEM) -

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are both pouring millions into advertising and other efforts as they try to come out on top on Tuesday.

With the campaign drawing to a close, the battleground of Michigan is getting some extra attention.

The candidates are going all in to win any undecided voter over.

"It's a hail Mary. There's no, there's nothing going to change really," said Aaron Gardner, resident who said he is sick of the political ads.

Bill Ballenger, political expert, said the candidates certainly see it differently.

"All of a sudden at the end, things are scrambled and confusing enough that both campaigns, Trump's and Clinton's, are worried enough about the way Michigan is going to turn out that they feel we've got to pour some resources into Michigan in the last week," Ballenger said.

Both candidates are making their presence felt in Michigan in the days prior to the election.

A flash mob drumming up support for Trump popped up in Saginaw. His son Eric will also be in town on Friday and Trump Jr. was in the state earlier this week.

On the Democratic side, Clinton leaned on Hollywood for support including a visit to Flint by Cher. Former President Bill Clinton made two appearances in Detroit and Hillary Clinton herself will be in the state on Friday.

"They can't afford, either side, to let an opportunity pass to give them an edge in the final hours," Ballenger said.

Both sides are spending money and making a lot of noise in Michigan.

"I'm ready to get it over with. I'm tired of hearing about these two candidates, specifically these two candidates," Gardner said.
