GENESEE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

About 9,300 customers were without power in Genesee County Tuesday night.

About 6,600 of those customers were located in Grand Blanc and 2,400 were in Goodrich.

The power went out about 7 p.m. and was restored about 10:30 p.m.

It was caused by downed wires on a transmission line in Flint that connected to four different substations.
