FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

Police are investigating after two sets of human remains were found in a Genesee County Park.

Multiple agencies are investigating after the remains were found in Broome Park in Flint on Nov. 7.

Flint police report a person walking a dog and a MTA bus driver both reported the same set of incomplete remains, while another incomplete set was also found.

Officials said due to the condition of the remains it is unclear how long the people have been dead.

The search was also expanded across 12th Street, including a burned-out home near the park.

Investigators have talked to several people in regards to the case and expect to talk to more.

The Genesee County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct a forensic analysis that investigators hope will provide more information on the victims.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,500 for information in this case.

Crime Stoppers is hoping someone can identify the remains, including the remains of a woman who previously had a broken jaw that healed prior to her death.

If you have any information, call Flint police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL.
