A Pennsylvania mother claims she sent her 7-year-old daughter to school and she came back with her ears pierced.

The mom said a teacher did it without her permission.

The website Working Mother reported Amanda Jones of York, Pennsylvania posted the photos of her daughter's ears on Facebook.

So, she took her daughter to the doctor and filed a police report.

School police took the jewelry and a photo of the girl wearing them.

In many states, you need a parent's permission to get a piercing for children under 18.

What would you do in that situation?
