UPDATE: 2 hurt after truck runs stop sign near Hemlock

SAGINAW COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

Two people were hurt Monday morning in a Saginaw County rollover crash.

It happened about 8:30 a.m. at S. Fordney Road and Ederer Road near Hemlock.

Investigators said a truck driven by an 82-year-old man from Brant was eastbound on Ederer Road when he failed to stop at the stop sign.

He hit a 58-year-old man from Hemlock, sending both vehicles into the ditch.

The 82-year-old first appeared to be okay, but was later taken to the hospital. At last check he was in stable condition in the ICU.

The 58-year-old man was taken to the hospital and then released.
