Northern MI superintendent accused of stealing from non-profit

FARWELL, MI (WNEM) -

A school superintendent in Northern Michigan is accused of stealing from a non-profit organization.

Our CBS affiliate 9and10 News in Cadilac reports David O’Bryant is facing felony charges in Presque Isle County.

O’Bryant is charged with embezzling more than $1,000 but less than $20,000 and larceny by conversion of the same amount.

He was the former superintendent of another Northern Michigan school area, Rogers City Areas Schools.
