An Indiana man is accused of stabbing two Michigan men in a fit of road rage.

Javante Tyson, 22, was charged with one count of assault with intent to murder and one count of intent to do great bodily harm.

Police in Coldwater, Michigan said Tyson was a passenger in a SUV and the driver of the pickup honked when the vehicle Tyson was in didn’t move when the light turned green.

Investigators said a confrontation ensured and the men both vehicles got out before Tyson stabbed the driver of the pickup truck in the chest.

Police said that driver then followed Tyson and a woman he was with and the vehicles collided a few blocks away. Tyson allegedly then ran over to the truck a second time, reached in and stabbed the passenger in the knee.

Tyson fled the scene, but was eventually arrested.

Both victims, a 39-year-old man and 47-year-old man, were taken to the hospital for their injuries.

Tyson is being held on a $500,000 bond.
