Superintendent Dr. Adam Hartley said that the Fenton Police Department investigated, and confirmed the threat was not credible.

The student has been suspended pending further investigation.

In a post on Facebook, the district thanked the families that reported the threat and said it continues to keep the safety of students and staff a priority.
