FLUSHING, MI (WNEM) -

Police confirm three arrests have been made after homes and vehicles were targeted with what appears to be a BB gun.

Flushing Police said two adults and one juvenile are in custody in connection with the crime spree.

Police report the adults have Mt. Morris Township addresses, and the juvenile has a Flint address.

At least 20 different incidents were reported in Flushing, Flushing Township, Davison, Mt. Morris, Clayton Township, and possibly Burton, from Saturday night into Sunday.

Car windows, house windows and siding on homes were damaged.

While the exact ages of the suspects are unclear, police said the oldest is 22-years-old.

Police expect charges of malicious destruction of property over $500.

"I'm just really upset," said Lanny Buckner, victim.

Police said Buckner's pickup truck was one of the suspects' targets. The truck's window was blown out.

"People work hard to have what you have and then somebody goes by and vandalizes it," Buckner said. "I felt bad for all the people involved. You know, that we all had to wake up to this on a Sunday morning.

Authorities said the suspects should be held accountable for their actions.

"It's disappointing that we have people in the community that would go out and have such low value for other people's things," Flushing Police Chief Mark Hoornstra said.

Hoornstra said tipsters flooded his department with leads. He is glad the arrests were made quickly.

"The community is willing to support themselves in sharing this kind of information. It helps us, but we're really here to help the community," Hoornstra said.

As for Buckner, he hopes something like this doesn't happen again.

"Think about others when you're out playing around, shooting out stuff. You know, we have family. We have kids. We have grandkids. You know, somebody could've been hurt," he said.
