The charges stem from a deadly crash that happened about 12:19 a.m. June 10 on South Boulevard near Fredmoore in Rochester Hills.

Investigators said Munch’s front seat passenger, 21-year-old Talon Dawson of Troy, died as a result of his injuries in the crash. William Cassell, the rear seat passenger, is still in the hospital with serious injuries.

A judge ordered a $50,000 cash bond for Munch, with conditions of no alcohol use with daily testing, no driving, house arrest and a GPS tether.

The crash remains under investigation.

Munch’s next court hearing is set for June 28.
