FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

A Sullivan man is accused of holding a woman against her will and beating her.

Randy Lee Ash, 51, was arrested for outstanding warrants on Tuesday in Gray Summit.

Police say a woman identified Ash as the man who assaulted her multiple times and held her against her will at his home in Sullivan on July 5 and 6. Ash was reportedly armed at the time.

Ash has a criminal history that includes protection orders. He was also wanted on warrants for probation violations on drug possession and domestic assault.

He is also accused of hitting a Crawford County deputy’s patrol car during a chase.

Police say they arrested Ash at a motel in the 2700 block of Highway 100 in Gray Summit.

He is being held in the Franklin County Jail on a $245,000 bond.
