AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE TRI-
CITIES REGION THIS MORNING. THIS PRECIPITATION WILL CONTAIN VERY
HEAVY DOWNPOURS AT TIMES. RAINFALL ACCUMULATION FROM ONE TO ONE
AND A HALF INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR WITHIN THE
HEAVIEST BANDS. IN ADDITION...THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL. THIS PRECIPITATION WILL PERSIST THROUGH
MID MORNING BEFORE GRADUALLY DIMINISHING IN INTENSITY AND
COVERAGE.
