MSP: US-31 highway bridge back open after bomb threat

CHARLEVOIX, Mich. (WNEM) - The US-31 highway bridge in downtown Charlevoix is back open after being closed because of a bomb threat, according to the Michigan State Police.
A MSP canine team has responded to check for explosives and they have cleared the scene.
