Another Saginaw building appears to be crumbling.
Several bricks have fallen off a red brick building at Water and Holland.
The City of Saginaw owns the building and worked to make repairs on Monday. The building used to house city vehicles.
The mortar on the structure is disintegrating, allowing gravity to send bricks tumbling to the sidewalk.
Officials with the city said gutters on the same building came down over the winter.
"Fix them or tear them down or repair them or whatever," said Sam Melchor, Saginaw resident. "They need to fix them all. You know, for the safety of the people."
People in the area are glad the city is taking action.
"A brick could fall down and hit a kid. You know, you never know. It's very important," said Ray Castillo, Saginaw resident.
The city said resident safety is a top priority, which is why they are working diligently to repair the building.
The city said it will need to spend tens of thousands of dollars to repair the building, but there are no plans to tear it down at this time.
