There are a lot of popular places to shop during the holidays and none fit the bill better than Bronner's in Frankenmuth.
"I wish I had a lot more money to spend," said Richard Maat
Like many others, Richard Maat made his way to Bronner's Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth on Saturday. He traveled all the way from Grand Rapids with a long list of things he needs for the holidays.
"Christmas ornaments, some garland for the front porch," Maat said.
Maat said he is confident he'll be able to find what he needs at Bronner's, considering it's over 7-acres of Christmas.
The Cadeau family also came into the store. They make coming to Bronner's a family tradition. They said Christmas trees and candy are just some of the stores appeal.
They also said the store puts everyone in the holiday spirit.
"It's the world's largest Christmas store. We have to be here," David Cadeau said.
Millions of people visit Bronner's every year. The weekend following Thanksgiving is the busiest. Over 50,000 visitors will shop at the Christmas Wonderland this weekend.
"It's very big! Bigger than what we thought, now we are going to visit Santa," Emily Smith said.
Kayla Fensom said looking at all of the new holiday decor is one of her favorite things to do all year with her mom.
"I love Bronner's and being in Frankenmuth. It just reminds me of Christmas time and it's not even Christmas. I just really love it. It's so beautiful here," Fensom said.
With just 27 days until Christmas, Maat said he will be back.
"It boggles the mind because you can't look at it all in one day," he said.
