The Clare County Sheriff’s Office said a man who entered a no contest plea to criminal sexual conduct was sentenced to prison for a maximum of 15 years.
John Daniel Allish, a 34 year-old man from Harrison entered the no contest plea to a criminal sexual conduct in the third degree of a minor between 13 and 15-years-old on April 9.
On May 7, Judge Miek sentenced Allish to prison for a maximum of 15 years with 146 days already served.
Miek also ordered the defendant to pay $60 DNA fee, $68 state costs, $130 crime victim rights assessment, $500 costs, $500 fine, and $700 court appointed attorney fee.
