Nurse picket

Registered nurses at McLaren Lapeer Hospital held a rally and informational picket to call for a fair contract that puts patients first.

The event was held on Monday, July 27 along Main St. outside of the hospital.

Nurses want a fair contract that guarantees safe staffing and puts patients before profits.

Nurses wore red as they held signs and chanted for their new contract.
