A Mid-Michigan chiropractor has been charged with touching a patient inappropriately, and now more alleged victims have come forward.

Charles Arthur Jackson, of Jackson Chiropractic Clinic in Grand Blanc, has been charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to Genesee County Deputy Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney John Potbury.

The alleged crimes took place between December 2018 and February 2019, according to officials.

Potbury said the original victim was a patient at Jackson’s office, and the alleged crimes took place at the office, located at 2455 Hill Road.

The victim alleges Jackson inappropriately massaged her and groped her during two separate appointments, the Genesee County Prosecutor's Office said.

The alleged victim said she was humiliated as she was forced to expose her breasts and buttocks, and fondled.

"I was laying on the table where he stretches you and he pulled my pants down to the back of my knees. I looked back and addressed him. I said, 'is that normal? Do you need them that far?' And he said, 'yeah,'" she said.

The woman said with her pants down, Jackson inappropriately touched her buttocks, fondling between her legs.

On another visit, she said she was abused again.

"My back hurt so bad I couldn't walk. So I went in to him. He did the adjustments. It was a normal visit. I got ready to leave and he said, 'I need you to lift your shirt.' And I said, 'why do you need my shirt up?' And he said, 'I need to see if the nerves in the back are affecting the front,'" she said. "It's not our fault. We're not to blame. We're not the bad ones. We didn't do anything wrong. We trusted him."

Grand Blanc Township Police Sgt. Scott Theede said this wasn't the first time this doctor has had similar complaints. Theede urges others who have had a similar encounter to step forward.

"We definitely have heard of an incident that occurred in 2001 and now 2018. That's a big span. So we're not going to be surprised if we are contacted by other females that have been under his care," Theede said.

After TV5 aired our story, the Grand Blanc Township Police Department confirmed that at least 12 victims have come forward. One allegation is from the 90s, others are from 2017-2018, and others are from 2000 forward.
