Human trafficking continues to be a growing problem across the country and Michigan is no exception.

On Thursday, several law enforcement agencies teamed up in an effort to find and rescue a number of underage victims in Mid-Michigan.

Michigan State Police know of 80 missing children in Genesee County alone.

Many of those are suspected of being victims of human trafficking.

During the rescue mission on Thursday, officials located 51 of the 76 missing people they were looking for.

TV5 will update once we get additional details about the rescue mission.
