Food pantry started for students at Mid-Michigan university

Saginaw Valley State University is expanding its curriculum.

On Friday, May 11, the university’s board of control approved the addition of a brand new bachelor’s and master’s degree program in public health.

SVSU will begin enrolling new students for these programs for the fall 2018 semester.

The board also approved a $3 million budget for a variety of energy conservation projects including upgrades to heating and cooling systems and the installation of new LED lights.
