(WTAE/Meredith) -- A McDonald’s employee in Pennsylvania is turning 100 and isn’t planning on retiring any time soon.

Ruth Shuster, of Irwin, turns 100 years old on March 3.

Shuster has been working at the restaurant for years.

"I became a widow when I was 50 and I've been working ever, ever, ever since and I like working," Shuster said.

The birthday cards keep coming. McDonald’s even gave Shuster her own mailbox.

She says turning 100 is no big deal.

"To me it's just a number."

If you would like to send Shuster a birthday card, the McDonald’s in Irwin is located at 9061 Lincoln Highway, North Huntingdon, PA 15642.
