1/4 pound brown butter.
2 pounds Brussel sprouts, browned.
1/4 cup dried cranberries.
1/4 cup nut of choice (pecans, walnuts).
Squeeze half of an orange over dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Brown butter, add Brussel sprouts to butter.
Cook Brussel sprouts until desired tenderness.
Mix in rest of ingredients.
Finish with freshly squeezed orange.
