Attorney General Dana Nessel announced she issued 36 criminal child abuse charges against two couples from the Lansing area on Monday, Dec. 4.
"We know that now that this has closed, that we have to help continue to wrap our hands around the family,” Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson said.
