Downtown Bay City is officially ready for Christmas and it’s all thanks to one local woman.
The annual Winter Party on McCarty is underway, giving the Saginaw Township community a chance to come together before the holidays.
Running in the halls was allowed at Saginaw County’s Swan Valley High School Friday morning.
