Reference these instructions to submit your organization's closings.

Using the Online Closings System

  1. Log-in with organization ID and password (passcode) HERE.
  2. Your account name will display and you will have a choice of 5 status types. You can add additional special statuses to go along with any of the following:

    Closed
    Opening Late
    Closing Early
    Open after Closing
    Other

Closed:

  1. Choose this to close your organization's status immediately.
  2. Optional: You can add one special status shown in the dropdown menu. Note, it will display below the main status online and during broadcast (on TV).
  3. Expiration Time: Default reset time for this status is set for 3 p.m. same day (if set before 3 p.m.) unless specific time/date set by account holder
  4. Click Save to finish. Your status will display within a few minutes as the system refreshes.

Opening Late or Closing Early:

  1. A dropdown menu will appear to the right of the selected status. Choose one of the 15-minute increments (between 15min and 3 hours). *Note: The default is set to 1 hour.

    Example: If you select Opening Late and 2 ½ hours, your status reads that you are opening 2 ½ hours late.
  2. Optional: You can add one special status shown in the dropdown menu. Note, it will display below the main status online and during broadcast (on TV).
  3. Expiration Times:
    - Opening Late: Default reset time for this status is set for 10 a.m. unless specific time/date set by account holder.
    - Closing Early: Default reset time for this status is set for 2 p.m. unless specific time/date set by account holder
  4. Click Save to finish. Your status will display within a few minutes as the system refreshes.

Open after Closing:

  1. Use this option to show your organization is now open after a previous closing.
  2. Optional: You can add one special status shown in the dropdown menu. Note, it will display below the main status online and during broadcast (on TV).
  3. Expiration Time: Default reset time for this status is set for 10 a.m. the following day unless specific time/date set by account holder
  4. Click Save to finish. Your status will display within a few minutes as the system refreshes.

Other:

  1. Only use this status for special codes. Nothing will display in top line, but special status will display on second line of text.
  2. Expiration Time: Default reset time for this status is set for 4 p.m. unless specific time/date set by account holder
