Shipping clerk killed after being crushed between truck, trailer

OGEMAW COUNTY, Mich. (WNEM) - A 50-year-old Rose City shipping clerk has died after being crushed between an industrial truck and a flatbed trailer.
The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) said the clerk was attempted to load a plastic injection mold onto the trailer using the truck on April 8.
The clerk was taken to a hospital where they died during surgery.
