Saginaw man accused of running drug house

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) – A Saginaw man has been charged for maintaining a drug house, according to Saginaw County Prosecutor John McColgan.

McColgan confirmed that Tyler Mitchell, 27, was arraigned by Judge A.T. Frank on the following charges:
- Possession with intent to deliver narcotic cocaine, 50-449 grams
- Possession of narcotic cocaine 50-499 grams
- Maintaining a drug house
Mitchell is scheduled for a preliminary exam on Sept. 24.
