Bob Ross Run or Walk for the Trees, Happy little 5k cancelled

Bay City, Mich. (WNEM) – The recent severe flooding and water levels rising has led to the cancelation of the Bob Ross Run or Walk for the Happy Trees little 5k.

The official Bay City State Park Facebook & the group page for the Bob Ross Walk or Run 5k event has officially cancelled the Happy little Trees 5k event. Trail marker signs will still be posted for anyone wishing to complete the course at their own leisure. The Bob Ross Walk and Run for Trees group organizers are expecting to host this event in 2027.
