WNEM Morning Extra: Flint City Council faces budget deadline

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) - The Flint City Council meets tonight to approve a budget by today’s charter deadline or face potential employee layoffs and service pauses. Boaters across mid-Michigan are facing higher costs this season as gas prices add to the expense of a day on the water. Plus, police are asking for the community’s help in finding two men believed to have stolen tools from the Midland Mall.
